Sampler collects certain personal information to allow you to access your Sampler account and determine whether you match with Free Product Samples made available by our brands. This information includes your email address, password, name, gender, date of birth, IP address, mobile phone number, and your responses to any pre-sampling questionnaires.
When you match with Free Product Samples we may also collect your shipping information, in order to send you the samples you've matched with. Following receipt of your free samples, we may also collect your responses to any post-sampling surveys you complete.
