Clinique Skin Care was created in 1968 with Estée Lauder who was inspired by dermatologists so she could create skin care that would address different types of skin concerns without causing irritation. One product they introduced early on was their "Mini Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion", which is now considered classic and cult favorite.
It has a lightweight water based formula containing ingredients such as:
- Glycerin : attract moisture onto your skin
- Squalane Oil : hydrate dry skin
- Allantoin : exfoliate dead cells
Clinique claims this lotion leaves your face feeling smooth, fresh, toned, clean, free looking and soft immediately after use. While some users report it helps combat acne prone skin due to lack of heavy oil content it should only be applied where necessary to avoid overmoistening. There are no harsh chemicals, alcohol, colourants nor fragrance making it gentle on all skin conditions especially sensitive ones.
