The co-founders grew up consuming tahini in a variety of ways as native Israelis. But when they relocated to the United States, they couldn't find any that were as nice. SoCo Tahini collaborated with sesame seed producers to get the best sesame and a Palestinian tahini specialist to gently roast and stone ground those strong seeds. SoCo Tahini is able to share the richest, creamiest tahini with you because to these collaborations.
And, because they believe that economic collaboration builds bridges between communities, they donate a portion of our jar sales to MEET, a non-profit that connects young Israeli and Palestinian students in business, influencing the next generation and assisting in the creation of more collaborations like ours.
