HOW TO USE
Use alone or in conjunction with the PYT Beauty Brow Goals Pencil. Short strokes in the direction of hair are applied. Allow to dry completely before applying a second layer. Apply to bare lashes as a mascara preparation and wait 30 seconds before adding mascara.
