Redwood Hill Farm has been leading the effort to provide the fantastic alternative dairy to communities throughout the nation for more than 50 years. We began out on a goal to develop a dairy that everybody could consume in 2010. Unfortunately, our lactose-free dairy brand Green Valley Creamery was established.
While eliminating lactose, we preserved the other items' rich, authentic dairy taste. We eliminated the bloat while maintaining our devotion to dairy in its purest form. And we wasted no time in broadening our product offerings. Our delicious cream cheese, sour cream, butter, cottage cheese, and now CHEESE were made possible by yogurt, kefir, and sour cream.
