For 11-12 year-olds

- Free sanitary pads & information leaflet for your 11-12 year-old girls**
- Parent/carer information leaflet for each girl to take home
For 13-14 year-olds

- Lesson resources covering Healthy Relationship with Me and Healthy Relationships with Others
- Free tampons and information leaflet for 13-14 year-old girls**
*Sample packs are limited and will be issued on a first come first served basis. Packs may not be distributed until January 2019 and thereafter are generally sent out on a monthly basis.
**Each secondary school in the UK and ROI may only order free sanitary pads for one year group at their school and free tampons for one year group at their school per academic year. The tampons must not be handed out to girls younger than 13.
