1. This tea can easily be absorbed by the body due to the process of fermentation and aging, resulting in a rich and profound aroma.
2. The content of catechin and L-theanine, two essential components found in green tea, increases significantly - up to 30 to 60 times - through the natural fermentation and aging process used in producing Jeju All Green Tea.
3. Unlike conventionally grown green teas, Jeju All Green Tea undergoes a unique cultivation method, not following the standard practices. After being hand-picked from its natural growing state on Jeju Island, it is washed several times with Jeju's clean water before beginning the fermentation and aging process.
Brewing Instructions:
To prepare a cup of Jeju All Green Tea, dilute 10 to 20 milliliters of concentrate into 0.5 to 1 liter of hot water (between 65-75 degrees Celsius). Transfer this mixture to a teapot and pour it gradually into a wine glass for savoring the tea. A measuring cup is provided for precise measurement.
